EMTG CARES AND RELIEVES!

We support your healthcare institution in finding and deploying qualified personnel. We handle all administrative matters, such as work permits, contracts, payroll, and housing. Our services also include language and cultural training, workplace integration, intensive guidance, and essential support in obtaining BIG registration.

In this way, we contribute to reducing the shortage of healthcare professionals within your organization and in the Netherlands, facilitating healthcare professionals with the necessary skills and authorizations.

Within the healthcare sector, attracting qualified healthcare professionals is a constant challenge.

The professionals EMTG offers not only serve to replace departing colleagues, think of those retiring and those leaving the workforce, but also contribute to the growth of the permanent workforce.

Since 2012, our mission has been to increase the supply of highly qualified healthcare professionals in the Netherlands. We achieve this goal not by recruiting healthcare professionals within the Netherlands from local healthcare institutions, but by recruiting within the European Union, where unemployment among young healthcare professionals is significant.

EMTG CARE PROFESSIONALS

An EMTG healthcare professional is a European physician, nurse, or caregiver with a recognized diploma who has chosen to further their career in the Netherlands. A key driver for this choice is the opportunity to develop professionally, specialize, and expand their knowledge. Before starting their careers, our healthcare professionals take an intensive Dutch language course at the Academia Neerlandesa language institute in Spain.
